New Guide to Gymnastics<\/a><\/p>\n

As listed in the Women\u2019s Program Rules & Policies<\/a><\/em>: \u201cThe highest division \/ level competed at a USA Gymnastics sanctioned competition AFTER the declaration date will determine the program (Xcel \/ DEV) for which the athlete can compete for the remainder of that season.\u201d Please review the specific Dev and Xcel chapters for drop back procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n
